You may appear to cope well on the outside while feeling increasingly overwhelmed, disconnected or emotionally exhausted underneath. Perhaps you’re used to carrying a lot on your own, struggling in relationships, or quietly wondering whether life is supposed to feel this heavy.

I work with people navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, infidelity and painful relationship endings. Some clients come feeling disconnected from themselves, unsure how to slow down without guilt, or sensing that something important has been lost along the way.
My approach is relational, compassionate and tailored to you. Together, we might explore the deeper patterns shaping your emotions, relationships and sense of self, while also making space for what’s happening in the present moment – in your thoughts, feelings and body.
Beyond quick psychological explanations or self-help formulas promising healing, therapy with me offers something different: an attuned human relationship where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply, loosen old patterns, and feel more connected to yourself, your relationships and your life.
Before training as a therapist, I worked in the legal profession and later within NHS settings. These experiences gave me insight into the pressures of high-responsibility environments, performance-driven cultures, and the emotional cost of constantly holding things together.
I hold a Diploma in Integrative and Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy, have completed Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) training through Oxford, and am a registered member of the BACP, working within their ethical framework.
I offer counselling in Bristol and online, both short-term and open-ended.
Fees
Individual counselling sessions: £60
Online and in-person sessions available
Introductory session
I offer a free online 30-minute introductory session where we can talk about what brings you to therapy and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you. After the introductory session, you can take some time to reflect and then if we feel like a good fit, we can begin with 6 sessions and review things together from there.
