Hi, and welcome.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to be heard, therapy can offer support and clarity.
Together, we’ll explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you, in a space built on trust, care, and acceptance. I believe there is always potential for healing, growth, and meaningful change, no matter where you’re starting from.
My Practice & Experience
I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with a Master’s in Counselling & Psychotherapy. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in a range of Bristol-based charities supporting both adults and young people from diverse backgrounds. Areas I have worked in include mental health (anxiety, low mood, depression, low self-esteem and self worth), sexual abuse and trauma, family and relationship breakdown, loss and problematic drug & alcohol use.
My approach is rooted in person-centred theory, which means I’ll be led by you- your pace, your needs, your voice. I offer a therapeutic relationship grounded in compassion, acceptance, and honesty. I also draw from other approaches, including:
- Psychodynamic – exploring early relationships and patterns
- Gestalt – bringing awareness to the here & now
- Trauma-informed practice – working gently and safely to avoid retraumatisationI may incorporate creativity and grounding techniques where it feels helpful. My integrated approach allows therapy to be tailored to you, flexible and responsive to what you need most.
I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework.
Sessions & Fees
Therapy sessions last 50 minutes and are offered on a sliding scale of £50-£60. You are invited to pay what you can comfortably afford within that range. I offer short and long term work depending on your needs.
If you have any questions or would like to book an introductory call, you’re very welcome to get in touch. There’s no obligation to continue, this is simply a chance to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.
