How can therapy help?
Therapy is a time and space in your week where you can talk to a professional about what is concerning you. If you are feeling low, anxious, or at a loss; if you are struggling with relationships and moods and would like to understand more about what is affecting you; if you feel like you don’t know what is wrong and you would like someone to talk to, I provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space for you to be able to voice and work through your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
I am a qualified, experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults in open-ended talking therapy. My clinical experience covers working in particular with issues around anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationships, family, sexuality, and later life.
I understand it can be hard to make the first step: if you are thinking about having therapy or counselling and would like to know more about how I work and how therapy could work for you, you are welcome to contact me, in total confidence. We would usually have two initial meetings together, to explore whether the therapy will feel right for you, before beginning ongoing sessions.
I speak Spanish and French.
Fees: £60 per initial consultation and per therapy session
